London & Regional Properties plan to provide a landmark mixed-use development in Elephant & Castle

The new proposals will redevelop the Skipton House site, situated in between Elephant and Castle Tube Station and London South Bank University.

This site will be regenerated creating new homes and jobs, alongside new cultural and community space. The proposals will offer significant public realm improvements and open space, including a new publicly accessible elevated park; improvements to local cycling routes; and a re-instatement of an historic street which originally ran through the site.

London and Regional Properties have a wealth of experience in the development and construction process. They have successfully developed sites across London which have benefitted communities. For further details visit http://lrp.co.uk/
